Morning all - it's a bit less wet this morning - only a minor mopping-up job needed in the garage.
My Christmas present from SWMBO has arrived this morning - a dashcam. I've opened it, checked it works, and then given her it back to wrap up for me - I like surprise parcels on Christmas Day
SWMBO has come down with a real stinkeroo of a cold - sore throat, coughing and sneezing - she reckons the only thing that helps is regular slurps of my Captain Morgan Spiced Rum - the bottle is going down quicker than the Titanic

Good morning Rod rum and coke now that does fetch memories

Morning Derek - I do admit I'm partial to a shot of rum in my coffee on cold mornings - especially the spiced variety, as opposed to simple red rum.

I've just been out for a couple of miles' hike - to pick up my latest plaything (!) - one of these.
Son got one, and I've tried it - brilliant for drying out the shower and reputedly good for cleaning car windows - although I haven't tried that yet.

It was time to find something to do! Christmas shopping was mentioned (fate worse than death) So I power washed & bleached the drive and lifted the bonnet on the chevy to make it look like I was busy. She went on her own. Phew!
