20th Irish Classic and Vintage show - Terenure College, Dublin - 8th July 2012
Well this is something really nice, and a reflection on how Rover and MG Rover cars are now seen in the classic community as all the Irish members have been invited to take part on a club stand for the 21st Irish Classic & Vintage Motor Show on Sunday 8th July 2012 in Terenure College, Dublin.
Organised by the Irish Jaguar & Daimler Club, in aid of The Children’s Sunshine Home & The National Maternity Hospital sponsored by AXA Insurance Ireland. Prehaps the biggest classic show in Ireland this year, this is an event thats visited by enthusiasts from across the world, last year had over 1300 cars and 8000 people visited on the day. Vehicles on display included Veteran, Vintage and Classic Cars and Motorbikes. Also selected Commercial and Military Vehicles, Kit and Custom Cars, Sports and Super Cars. One Marque Car Clubs attending represent Jaguar, Ford, Triumph, TVR, Lancia, Porsche, Volkswagen, Mercedes, MG, BMW, Bristol, Jensen, Fiat, NSU and Harley Davidson. THE CLOSING DATE FOR PRE-REGISTERED ENTRY’S IS THE 20TH OF JUNE. Please note it may not be possible to accommodate entries after this date. The college has requested that no dogs or charcoal fired barbeques be allowed on the Grounds. Quote:

Neale and I used to go to this every year. A good show, but not as big as Kilbroney. Went back with my son two years ago and still good.
