Default Headlight retaining clip

Hello there, I'm an occasional browser and rare poster on here.
My 03 75 failed its MOT due to a missing bulb clip, both new and used suppliers will not supply the clip without the headlight! Does anyone have one lying around or any suggestions? I have contacted both lates and Les at SMC and am awaiting their replies.

I'm going to the local scrapyard tomorrow, will have a look. They may have a smashed headlight.

Would this be what you're after Andrew? If it is, and you haven't got sorted, PM me your address and I'll pop it in the post.

I hadn't forgotten about this but couldn't find a 75 headlamp. Grabbed one from another car but when I got home and compared it to my spare, it was for the larger size bulb.

Sorry about that, however Mark has offered one I see.

Having re-read my post, it sounds as if I am being mean in not letting you have my spare but it is still attached to a brand new headlamp!
If all else fails I will rob it, I can always find one again. Let me know if anything goes wrong.

Bernard, you didn't sound at all mean, I really appreciate your efforts.

Mark, Thanks again, hopefully I'll be able to assist you in some way in the future.
Nice looking car by the way, the darker colours certainly look more impressive.
