Default Carter Bar meet

IMPORTANT NOTE, this next week the weather forecast is for snow to return, especially on high ground, as those of you who know Carter Bar will be aware, it is a high point, and very exposed. If heavy snow is forecast for next weekend,I will postpone the meet,as there is no point in going up there, and freezing our nuts off. Also if its icy,no point in risking going off the road and damaging our cars. I will make the final call Friday night after checking the weather forecast

Hope the weather stays nice and dry, been looking forward to this, but if poor conditions, not worth risking an accident.

I was a maybe for this, but my TF is at the car doctor with a suspected snapped timing belt so any funds will need to go towards this. Have a nice time if it goes ahead.

Well the forecast for tomorrow is for it to be bitterly cold,so at Carter Bar,it's likely to be Antarctic !! Shall we just meet at the Edinburgh Woolen Mill Cafe instead ,or does everyone want to put off until the cold spell ends? Please let me know what you all want to do,and we will go with the most popular.
Or we cold just see what it's like tomorrow morning and decide then

I'm still up for Carter Bar too - the adventurer in me holds sway - I'll stick a snow shovel in the boot
