Default retro fit sat nav

hi all
i have a 2005 75 diesel tourer and i would like to transfer the hi line sat nav from my old rover 75 to my new 2005 75 facelift tourer but the radio connections are different,the radio fitted is a MG ROVER CD RADIO XQE000570PMA CD-80 so is there a iso connector available to allow me to retro fit the sat nav,tommorow i shall photograph the connectors,any info welcomed and info on where to purchased the iso lead and part no

Your present connection will be ISO connectors and your Hi Line sat nav will be BMW connectors.

Use one of these to convert.

It may be that you need male or conversly female connectors to make it work but both are usually available on Ebay. You will see what I mean when you look at your connectors.

I did the same, you need the full loom and those connecters work but I found I needed to splice the Kbus cable and the ABS cable aswell and make sure you take the battery off whilst you do it as it may corrupt the sat nav drive.
Im no expert but can help you the way I dit in in mine.
Oh and the steering wheel controls need to be spliced.
All the chaps on here helped me.

where can i buy the connector that you show on your post, ive looked on ebay and there is nothing suitable, there is another way of doing the job and that would be to take the 16 pin connector of the main loom and splice it onto the cars main loom replaceing the existing connectors

hi all
i have sorted the connections to retro fit the sat nav to my 05 tourer but i cant find out where the best location to splice the Kbus cable and the ABS cable, w/r/y cable k bus s/g cable abs am i correct

The ABS cable and K Bus should both be behind the ATC panel. If the ABS wire isn't there, you'll need to run a wire from ABS ECU in the engine bay.
