One of our friends in the UK keeps her husband in tow with an allowance, they are well off. In return for his loyalty, obedience and etc, - from the allowance, he bought a second hand McClaren F1, another head turner. A high price for a happy marriage.

With the state of the roads, pot holes and sleeping policemen where can people drives these flashy sports cars.

It’s hot and humid today, the car recorded an outside temp of 44C

Thank goodness the A/C was working.
The highest temperatures we experienced in Kenya was in the northern dry desert region where it got to 50C in the daytime. I don’t like it too hot as it’s very tiring.

I suspect it’s going to be a hot summer in the UK the way temps around the world are changing……..global warming or what I don’t know.

Ging got up to go to the loo and dropped some not so subtle hints about me working in the garden. OK, anything for a quiet life! Did a bit of tidying up, sprayed some weedkiller all while trying to keep bending to a minimum . . . . didn't really work, I can feel my lower back tightening up

Morning all, It's grey & chilly out there in that brisk north wind. A day for indoor activities today.
Moggies fed & watered now a fry up for me. No tinned tomatoes left in the cupboard so had some Passata instead.

Yeah but ain't doing anything today. My back isn't really sore, its nagging and the muscles are tight. Shouldn't be any surprise really, only started getting mobile again a week ago.

Its breezy and bleedin' cold here as well, currently showing 7C.
