part of fuel system mounted in front of tank
Could I please get some help ,
iv been having bother with this part, tried mending it myself but was unsuccessful, I’m just going to buy a new one and install it.. tried x part and a local breaker but my description was useless and we couldn’t determine what the part was, definitely something to do with the fuel system cause my hands stink of diesel as I type. has a 12 volt supply going to it, and and in and an out pipe, decription on part ''Thomas Magnete 89372a'' I have tried attaching a photo and would be most appreciative of your help thanks |

It's the fuel pump for the fuel burning heater (FBH) or Webasto....mounted under the bonnet in fron of the battery.

X part number is JEX100090 ....but I doubt you'll buy it from them as it's £187.18.......

I know you probably know what it is by all the replies you have had, my querie is how did you know you were having trouble with it if you did not know what it was or did, unless it was leaking

yes it was leaking, pool of diesel under the tank, had originally thought it was the tank leaking but after a bit of investigation i discovered it was this pump for the FBH
