Anybody checked that the pub is still open? Derek V had posted about it may not be open again on the 12th.

hi guys looks like I may of been wrong. The pub was closed last week but going past Saturday it was open and cars on the car park

Fingers crossed the Four Ashes is open, don't want anymore hassle for a long while. Know it's normally closed on Mondays tho. Thanks for the heads up.

HI Derek.
I am sure we would know if the FA was closed as myself and Rob both have Sam's number as he also as our phone numbers, he as kindly said if anything changed in circumstances to our meets he would inform us, also I am only a few miles away and I can take a quick journey up to find out if it indeed was closing.

Speculation of it closing is not good, as already stated I know most Mondays they do not open, also if they are not getting much trade in the week I suppose they may also not open in the day and only open early evening, we can not really expect them to tell us how they want to run their business.

We do of cause welcome 100% factual reports from members /owners if they have that information to be passed onto us via the nano forum please.

I will also take this opportunity to say we have also decided the weekend before the nano meet the 5th -6th May we have asked any crew who are wiling to volunteer to meet there either of those days to do a field check and maybe help rake or shovel flat any mole hills etc, this will be announced on the nano forum in the next few days, hopefuly see a few of you tomorrow night at the social meet cheers Arctic.
