Are you doing the work yourself? Your best weapon is observation, not replacing components and hoping for a solution.

Most KV6 coolant leaks are from the plastic components in the 'V'. Some folk have leaking inlet manifold gaskets (were the screws tightened to the specified torque?) and there are good and bad quality water pumps I believe (look for coolant droplets on the oil filter).

Is your running temperature higher than the low to mid nineties?

Are you overfilling the expansion tank?
