No Rod, a bit too much on this holiday,I think we will not get away until the end of May when we go to Chester, to bring the daughter and all her stuff back from Uni. Have a couple of long weekends in the summer, and then take her back down again at the end of September.

Hi guys what a day we have had.Went to the doctors this morning to have the stitches remove and he and the nurse thought that it would be unwise to do at ALDERSHOT as I had a ruddy great hole in the wound so we had to go over to Frimey Park Hosital to see the surgeon armed with a swab and doctors notes
After getting pushed from pillow we saw the surgeon who took out the stitches cleaned the wound up and put me on a different course of antibiotics sent me home with a district nurse coming to check up so I have only just arrived home. As I said what a day

Doesn't sound to good glad you are home though, hopefully the medication will be of some good.
Take care both of you and we will meet very soon.

Good morning Steve, your right there. The other tell, was Marks expertise in being able to comment on car trade stuff. The political and the car trade talk, was a give away. Had he kept out of both, I suspect he would have been harder to pin down.

It was just a matter of time before he showed his cards

Onto more positive news, Serena has come out of semi-coma. The docs discovered she had high blood sugar in the high 20's and put her on insulin. The brain scan results are not ready, but are promised for today.

The hospital security tried to stop us visiting outside of hours, with their thug like methods. So unnecessary relatives having to run a gauntlet of thicko storm troopers. We just ignored them and managed to barge our way through. We will have the same nonsense today.

S remains poorly, the docs are still looking for the source of the infection and going to repeat a liver scan. Her fever is down. Its a step in the right direction

Morning all,

A bit of positive news Phil, that's good to hear......shame about the security tactics you had to endure .
Sounds like they would be good security staff for a certain American airline carrier

Some of you will know my friend Les, I know Phil and Stu do for a start.

This is the junction outside his house that made it into the news this week.......for all the wrong reasons
Still, it got Les his five minutes of fame
