It's worth a try at just uninstalling Torque Pro, rebooting then reinstalling. That often fixes many issues and is quick to do.
I know it's not Torque Pro that's the issue but by reinstalling new setup files are written over old and it often sorts things.

This happens with lots of apps,its the apps stored data that it tries to read and apply.As the OS has essentially changed it can not apply them.Just settings,apps, clear data usually fixes.
You may find other apps misbehave.
I have the torque app running on 5.1 so its up to date.

I read on the Torque website that there can be problems with HTC & Samsung. Sods law as they're the two l've got.
