Bootiful afternoon here & some proper heat in that sunshine too, My plants thank the weather gods. I've made this for tea tonight. Irish Spice Bag, Dublin's popular takeaway dish.......minus the curry sauce,
I used some scampi bites & sliced sausage in mine.

I didn't put as much chilli in it & it tastes really good. Might be a bit too spicy for my missus, so I might have to cook her something else.
