May do a run along South Down's A259.....from Brighton to Hastings

''Lucky'' is taxed.....up early in morning to try and transfer plates...then she's off to Beachy Head to see the Red Arrow's....Finger's crossed

''Lucky'' is now all Taxed and new plate's sorted, insurance amended to new plate's.....so the A259 run was on, I had to go back to one of my job's to fit a lock and lever set (joy's of self employment)Saturday morning so the early start was off.......eventually left my house at 11.10 am and set off for A27 Brighton.....well got to A23 Burgess Hill juction and it stopped like a car park!!...Got off at Burgess Hill and cut across country which was slower but no traffic jam's.........when we crossed over A27 at Newhaven it was the same as A23..solid !! we had been ''Lucky'' so far

......so along the A259 from Newhaven ...again no heavy traffic, pleasant cruise up to Beachy Head...and clock show's 12.45 so look's like we missed the Red Arrow's

....But then one Roar's over head ....must of been it's last fly by but least we saw one

Got to the Car Park at Beachy Head...again rammed up ..car's everywhere but I decided to try and find a space when I heard a voice saying ''Excuse me, Excuse me'' I saw a lady running along side the Tourer so stopped...''If you want a space I'm just leaving.....and you can have my ticket that last's all day''

''How very kind of you I answered''.....we parked up and watched the plane's for an hour and a bit, great place to view the show so a big thank's to ''Tourist'' for giving me the head's up (spotted his Tourer in the car park) ...we will try and go next year and take hamper etc.
We drove back along the A259 then joint A27 at Falmer.....stopped for eat's at The Plough in Pyecombe...which was lovely....then a clear run home.
So to sum up ''Lucky'' had a lovely first run out and she was ''lucky'' on a few occasions along the way
