Default I love car boots !!!!!

As you may have (or not) read in a previous post of mine I am a bit of a tightwad and buy 99% of my car cleaning products from car boot sales as you can usually get good quality products opened with little used for pennies.

Today's haul at my local boot was particularly good !!!!!!!

Bottle of Mequires gold class trim detailer (approx 50% full)

Bottle of Meguires gold class Endurance high gloss tire protectant gel (approx 60% full)

Spray bottle of Meguires NXT Speed detailer (approx 40% full)

Full aerosol of auto-care tyre magic foam.

Bottle of Rain X rain repellent (90% full)

Found them all in a manky bucket under a stall and asked how much for all and she said.......... £1.50 !!!!!!!

I didn't even haggle !!!!!!!!!

Do you buy opened products or only new ?

I didn't know there was even a market for half used car cleaning products. Everyday is a school day.

As to the question, neither if it's that bad that it needs washing there's some nice chaps in the local garden centre car park.

Thing is with the Zed, nobody, but nobody lays a wet sponge on it but me !!!!!!

The only person that I trust to clean my car is myself as no one else could meet my exacting standards, not even the nice polish man at the supermarket. .

Quite right there fella...searched high and low for a car with good paint, and I'd trust no-one else with the job - mrs says I might be a little obsessive about it!....plus there's the fact I REALLY like cleaning my car, the Zed is very easy on the eye to me and is a joy to wash, so top haul Mogodon, tomorrow's going to be an enjoyable day for you....

Default Car Boot Sales Rock!!!

Searched a bucket of tools at Shepperton Car Boot. Found a 3/8 Ratchet with a familiar looking handle
Name obscured but ending with "on". How much? 50p was the answer.
Got it home, cleaned it up. Manufacturer revealed "Snap On" RESULT!!!!!
Following week, at Apps Farm, picked up a 1/2 Britool Ratchet for £1. Passed it on to Shiner as he had knackered his one at work.

Bought a kenwood cd player with multi changer controls last week to replace the tape unit a whole £5. Used to get loads of part full cleaning products and tools when I was a skip driver from shed and garage demolish jobs.
