Hi Denis,

Good the hear the T4 is still working well

If you have access to a eeprom programmer, i will send you a suitable virgin image to program it ready for the T4 to match it to car, i will need the YAC number and confirmation of what car it is going in.

Doing it manually by editing the dump is an absolute nightmare!

I replaced in my car the engine ECU.
In the light unit I mileage and VIN changed.
I now need to change the mileage and VIN in the Instrument Pack.
After using the T4 to force reconfiguration of all units for the new VIN.
Here's the number 110376 YAC.
I would like to learn how to edit the mileage in the IPK dump.
Could You me to specify where in the dump is the mileage?
At the YAC number, you'll send me a clean dump?
With Respect
Denis

That one is VERY old Denis (1998/9), it has a coding index of 01 which the T4 software wont recognise anymore!

I will answer your PM when i get back home this evening.

You're right Phil.
Instrument Pack 1999 release with the index 01.
Why T4 is no longer recognized?
I will wait for Your answer.

Hi all!
Dear operators T4
Tell me please how to change the index coding IPK?
It is necessary for that T4 was able to configure the old (1998/1999) IPK in the car. Which line in the dump IPK is the index of the encoding?
And one more question.
What would the T4 was able to fully adapt the old (1998/1999) IPK in the car need to change the mileage the vin and the index of the encoding?

Please dear administration of the site to move this topic to Technical Help Forum.

Regards Denis
