May I say I havent the patience or will to do anything like that and you have done a truly stunning job! I take my hat off to you as that is remarkable. Im being shamed now into doing my own now!

Hi. I think you have shown that with the right attitude and some elbow "grease" anything can be given a new lease of life. Like the colour, one of my fav colours. Just one thing, have a look at the large pipe for the air con on drivers side, and check to see if the bonnet sound proofing is rubbing on the pipe. Bad point for rubbing through.
Now enjoy driving it.

Yes I noticed that it's showing the 'trademark' shiny bit caused by rubbing from the sound-proofing. Think I'm going to cable-tie a strip of black foam lagging round it.
