I thought China are GMT+8, currently we are 7 hours behind at the moment, but with next weeks daylight saving, that will make the 8 hours.
8:00am in the UK, would be 3:00pm in China.

Last week the price change would happen during the mornings between 8:00 & 9:00am UK time. The total orders now show 77, this was the same total as yesterday, so it looks like the deal may have finished.
