Default Looks like we have to keep them forever

Saw this on ebay, 46000 miles, mint condition, fully loaded, 04 conn se cdti...didnt even get to £5000...bet he's glad he had a reserve on it,,like the title says, no point selling it as I'd lose too much on it..wouldnt want to sell anyway, she's running so sweet since I did the air inlet modification (butcher job)...but really, if I didnt allready have one I might have bid on it and I would certainly have gone much higher than that...

Its so true, six months ago i tried to sell my MG as my aunt died and had left a newer peugeot 407 , i have always bought her cars off her since i started driving eg Nova....Mondeo etc. But the price i was offered was just an insult so i decided that my aunt would understand and so we sold the peugeot. I am glad though.

Looks a bit iffy to me :err: The steering wheel cowl is wrong shade for the car, gear knob is aftermarket and those seats were not put in at the factory. I wonder what it's history is.

Smile Re Kepping them forever

I bought my Rover 75 new from the dealer and they delivered it into my driveway straight from the transporter.
That was nearly three years ago and now my car has covered 9,000 miles and is in showroom condition inside and out.
Neadless to say i will be keeping hold of this beauty until i see something that is better which up to now I'v not seen.

Bought mine new last summer...the plan is to keep it for 20 years and then keep it in its retirement!

Im hoping to keep mine for another 41/2 to 5 years..then I hope to retire (at 50) and live in spain, maybe, so I'll need a left hand drive car then! So if any of you enthusiasts want to bid for my car, you can start now..If the offer is good enough you can pay me now and have the car in 5 years....WHAT A DEAL..!!

In 5 years' time, the wee girl in your pic will be nearly tall enough to drive, so you'd better keep it for her. She looks keen as mustard and she probably won't care which side the steering wheel is on.
