2005 Rover 75 Contemporary SE CDTI manual tourer - NOW SOLD TO A MEMBER ON HERE
Standard extras – cruise control, electric front seats etc. Plus Fuel Burning Heater with remote.
Mileage 159900. MOT to March 2025 Colour - XPower Grey.
History – initially owned by a MGR Executive for 6 months then a couple who I bought it off in 2014.
Modifications – remapped to 160bhp by Trikey. Inline thermostat, gold fan resistor, bonnet cable release modification, plenum spy hole, EGR bypass. Black oak dash replaced with a PPD wood walnut one, walnut transfers from Simon of Bulgaria, wooden steering wheel and wood gear knob. Rubber mat in boot. Has a Tyrepal tyre pressure monitoring system.
Initially service/maintained by Kenton and Trikey, latterly by a local independent garage recommended by a member of the Club.
Been relatively trouble free. Fitted a 5 year guarantee battery Aug 2023. When it was on the hoist for the MOT I had a look underneath and the chassis is solid.
Body work is good but there is a scuff on front bumper – see photo. IPK has very few lines - see photo. Tyres are 6mm, 4mm, 3mm, 3mm. Space saver spare is almost like new.
Driver bolster cushion is almost unmarked.
Negatives – tail glass heater has a number of open circuit elements.
Spares that will come with the car. Fuel filter, 2 diesel injector cleaners, 4 jacking point pads, OBD2 service indicator resetting tool, Gunson headlight restoration kit plus headlight restoration clearcoat. Tyrepal monitoring unit plus tyre sensors.
This car does not owe me anything and I need the driveway space plus I do not want to have to reinsure it next month. So I am prepared to let it go for £675.
