Hi Line Mobile phone
Having now got my dension fitted to my hi line system, my old mobile phone dies! If it's not one thing it's another!
I had a Nokia 6310 that was integrated into the system. I could make calls through the Head unit using the steering controls so was excellent. However those phones and similar are now well and truly past their sell by date. I now have an HTC phone with Bluetooth. Has anyone been able to convert the integrated wired kit to a Bluetooth system? My simple logical brain says that all that is required is a simple bluetooth receiver with an output geard for a nokia (carkit91?). Any comments please.

You probably need a CK7W kit which is the bluetooth Nokia kit. Very pleased with mine....
The Cark91 is probably a bit long in the tooth unless you stick with a 6310

Thanks for that David,
Does the CK7W integrate with the Hi line unit then, I thought it just muted the radio and used the speakers.

Thanks David,
I had not seen that link before. I was hoping that as the kit already in the car was integrated into the screen and steering controls etc that it there would be an easy way of mating a bluetooth receiver into that. It seems I am halfway there and don't really want to start again if I can help it! I will strip the dash down and see exactly what parts are inside and go on from there.
