How did you pay for the product, dont forget you will have protection from either your credit or debit card (less protection on debit card).

I remember you purchased a WinCE and an Android unit, are we talking about the android one?
It's the Rungrace Android unit.
The Wince unit was a Amazon purchase....That was for my girlfriend's Focus CC.
Those heads are specific for Focus/Mondeo.
Very impressed with that....Tho it was more expensive than the £75 i picked the Rungrace unit for.
I've emailed LITB.... Let's see what their response is, tho I'd expect to have to pay return post.

You should only have to pay to Europe. I'm think that if the good are faulty they'll refund the postage too.

As Dave has said, their returns policy states Europe Warehouse.

Just login to your LITB account, locate your order and submit a ticket.

I had a reply.
Got to download a return form and return it 'as cheaply as possible' they ask.
They said they will refund me £75 plus the return costs.
Can't say fairer than that.
I think if I opted for a replacement I'd go with a Wince unit.
I'm going with refund because I'm looking to change my car....I want a auto.
Recovering from surgery 3 weeks ago...vein stripping in both legs, and my left knee is playing up.

I take it the return address is in Europe, make sure you send 'Tracked' or 'Sign For' just incase.

Ref: Vein Stripping that sounds painful, hope you feel better soon.

Could anyone help with photos of how their head unit sits in position, I always had mine fitted from the front sliding it in to the opening but have seen pics of it being fitted in place then the 2din cover being fitted over

Thanks

Wondering if that "pays for statement" would still apply if any of our buyers had got the same unit at the current price or any of the other 90-150 random prices often shown on the website!!

I repaired my old home Hitachi amplifier years ago, only needed a replacement audio chip and one capacitor and job done.

If LITB play-ball, then Bingo! if they dont, and you dont fancy the repair yourself, just list it on ebay for £25 as Spares or Repair-Not Working and you will at least get your money back.

Now! that is not very helpful is it?
