It's about time E-Bay changed their system.................................. this is happening soooooo often now. So much for it being a legally binding bid.

Nothing to stop you selling any item to the 2nd highest bidder if you don't want to relist an item and then wait another week.
Then deal with the time wasting highest bidder at a later date

I cant understand people who bid on stuff if they dont intend on buying it,my brother had exactly the same thing happen to him recently when he was selling his 300c,personally I think they should be made to pay the sellers listing fee's at the very least?
