Spares or repair

Due to time wasters ,my rover 75cdti is still for sale it's got 95 000 on it and it's in teal ,Just failed its mot on suspension arm and n/s brakes binding ,it's not a big job but don't have the time to sort it .The car itself is in good condition no rot or major body work ,over the last couple of years it's had a new alternator,rear suspsion arn thermostat mod it,I've had the car for two years and it had a new clutch just before I got it ,I'm looking for around £400 Ono it's got four good tyres so it's a fairly easy fix if you have the time if your interested I can send some pics thanks for looking 👍😀
