ps the chrome sill strip is there, just taken off for paint job...

Feel horrible even typing this, but got new job and as such, comes with a car allowance - have a Capri also, so cant justify 3 cars

93k miles on clock, black leather interior with front electric seats, black oak dash, navall 2 head unit and uprated front hertz esk speakers with amp in the boot (sounds brilliant)

Slave of clutch was replaced at just under 50k miles by previous owner who absolutely loved this car, plenum mod done, bonnet release mod done, sunroof drain mod done.

Good Points

Mechanically sound - recently been up to DoopyDug's garage for some work, I am sure he will testify to this

recent work done -

cam belts changed at 90k miles (second time these have been done on car)
new lower engine mount
new radiator
new air con compressor (ice cold air con)
new master cylinder (the new metal one)
gold resistor fitted for all speed fans
stainless exhaust
2 brand new front tyres, rear ones renewed 6 months ago

Bad points

paint is in pretty bad nick - got it sprayed satin black but in hindsight you get what you pay for, the paint is peeling at a lot of the "seams" on the car, pics will be added

2 scrapes on the passenger side of car, on both passenger door and rear wing as a result of an utter ignoramus recently whilst parked in supermarket

wheels were never refurbed, just sprayed black and theyre not brilliant

pics will be added, but all in all mechanically perfect car which has had a hell of a lot of money spent on it, just admittedly paint is needing done really, unless you like the rat look!

I know you never get what you put in, but the belts, interior and sound system alone are worth the 1k and prob bit more, haha!

note scrapes to left hand side of the car done, most civilly, by some moron when I was parked in a car park for literally 1 minute whilst nipping into shop!!

as I say, the paint isn't too good, but mechanically brilliant with lovely interior and entertainment upgrades
