Hello, Help Please!
hello any help?
I brought a new rover 75 highline sat nav and stereo unit it has came today but still having the same issue the radio still isn't coming on I have put a link to photos of what's in the boot don't know what is what for this car don't know much about cars myself so any help would be great just trying to find a way to get the radio to work that is all I want as got a long journey next weekend and who would want to travel down the motorway without a radio on? http://s345.photobucket.com/user/Ada...=recent&page=1 there are photos on there of adpaters please ignore them as I cant use them because cant get rover 75 tourer adpaters from anywhere that fit.. but any help please message me thank you Mark |

Is it only the radio not coming on or the whole unit having no power?

Mark , first of all check your fuse, next if you could tell,is which radio you have from this link, it will help.

the radio not coming on there menu to the radio showing up we get just a orange screen with settings and screen off and trip computer and tv and that's the only screen we get we have tried pressing all buttons nothing happening we don't know what it is as we have brought the car like this and brought another head unit for it as the screen was broke on the other one

they told us it worked but it stuck on the orange screen as I said before we don't know what is going on with this

Press the right hand rotary knob, a small orange triangle should light up next to it and stay on. If it does then press the button above the menu button. This should take you to the radio screen. See if a channel or frequency is displayed. If there is, but no sound then turn up the volume (either using the steering wheel controls or by spinning (and I mean spin it - dont just turn it a bit) the right hand rotary knob clockwise. If you are at this point then the buttons numbered 1-6 are the presets (when in radio mode) and the left an right arrow button is for tuning (above the select / tone button).
