I would and it's about time eBay clamped down on it. I will suggest that the car will be pulled before end of the listing and then re-listed as a Classified Listing with a silly asking price as he's done previously. I'm really missing the point as to why people do this?

I noticed as well in the advert it needs a disk drive on the boot for the highline so possibly has had a boot leak in the past, also does anyone know why the car has been resprayed in a different paint finish.
