What size bolts
Does anyone know off hand what size the bolt heads are that hold the lower engine mount on my v6?
I'm borrowing as spanner from a friend but can't remember what size to ask for. Note to self - replace lost spanners soon... Thank you all. |

Don't take out the oxy sensor for clearance to remove the bolt, simply rock the bottom of the engine forwards whilst pulling the bolt out.

Thanks all inc Mr Lates, my third time doing this now! Every 75 I've had has needed the mount done. Grrr.
Still this time it should be less of a trial - I obtained a second bracket and have the new bush already installed in it, so it's just a case of fitting. But I'll need to get some decent spanners, I gave my others to my son. Doh. Ooo, I'm getting to old for this... |
