Default Union Wheels

I have Union wheels on my can with 215/55/16 tyres on. If 225/55/16 tyres are put on the Union wheels will the tyre catch on the inner wheel arch rim when the suspention is fully compressed? My thinking is with the tyre being wider it may rub on the body work and blow.

No it won't rub,the extra width is very minimal. The only concern is extra tyre noise and the ride could suffer slightly.

The combination of unions and 215/55 16 tyres is probably the best.
