Default Arm rest change.

Whilst I like the arm rest on the 75, it doesn't do much. It doesn't slide forward to help in the arm cushioning, and and the car doesn't have decent cup holders. With that in mind, has anyone thought of / seen / fitted something like this:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2724412253...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

or

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1522947382...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

?

I have looked but can't see anything posted from anyone, and the idea of having a drinks holder that will fit my travel cup, not foul my leg (or the wifes') have a taller arm rest and still be a cupboard is really appealing. Actually, I'd like just the top really, but for £14, no reason not to change the lot and shove an auxilliary socket in there whilst it's all apart.

So, any ideas? Better versions or something? Yes? No? Don't give a flying monkeys? <---been looking for an excuse to use this...

Default arm rest

I fitted the first one to a scenic , very flimsy, dog sat on it (Small Bichon) and the supports bent and twisted not good quality

Never thought of it, haven't seen one (until now) and wouldn't spoil the look of my car's interior by fitting a piece of cheap tat.

But that's just my opinion of course.

Well then, that settles that!

It isn't necessarily the price that I'm looking at, but those are the only ones I can find that are 75 fitments. But, if they are garbage, then I will leave it as it is and bemoan the lack of decent cup holders evermore!

Thanks for your advice. It's difficult to judge these things by a photo, so I was hoping someone would have experience of them.
