Hi all,

Due to my wife getting a larger car and me changing jobs I am now in a position to downsize from my tourer. Still planning on staying with MG but am now looking at an MG TF (no abuse please ! as I no longer use my car for business and am only covering about 150 miles a week)

Car is as follows:

Registered 2006

Manual gears

142,000 miles (last 53,000 done by me in three years of ownership, service schedule followed religiously)

MOT - March 2015
TAX - putting 6 months on this tomorrow

Approx 14,300 had a major service done at my local MG specialist a few weeks ago, which included oil & filter, pollen filter, brake fluid & lower suspension arm was replaced.

Also had two new tyres on the front (rears about 12 months old)


Refurbished gridspokes (12 months ago from PX Wheels in Blackpool, absolutely no scuffs or dents)
IPK
Auto dim rearview mirror
Rain sensing wipers
Goodwood Green
Gold fan resistor fitted
Handbrake compensator fitted
Plenum shield fitted
Flip key + standard key
Rubber boot liner fitted since I got the car so the carpets are immaculate
Longlife stainless back box with transferrable lifetime warranty
Matt grey dash replaced with Rhodium (old technical dash included in sale)
Rear pads, shoes and disks replaced last year
Full service history (MG or MG Specialist)
160 remap by Brian
EGR Bypass fitted (have EGR)
Seat Leon front splitter
Passenger cup holder
No record of clutch being repaired, but is working perfectly
Pure DAB CD/Radio fitted with bluetooth/ipod connectivity (still have box and instructions to go with this)
Underseat Alpine active subwoofer (think I still have the box for this, has remote control fitted in armrest console)
I have receipts for all work carried ou on the car over the last three years plus fully up to date service book.

Bad points:

Approx 4" crease in rear bumper (just back from boot lid on top of bumper, above exhaust, not that noticeable, and definitely repairable)

Stone chipping to front bumper, again, not that noticeable unless you are looking and anyone good with paint could have it looking like new.

Drivers seat bolster just starting to go

Other than that I think the car is in really good condition, laser tracking done last year at a club meet, and also had engine terracleaned.

I am looking for £2950 ovno for the car.

Obviously would be ideal if someone had an MG TF in similar condition as would be prepared to P/X or swap

The car is only advertised on here for now but will probably get round to putting it on auto trader when I get round to it if there is no interest.

I haven't put any photos up yet but will get some taken at the weekend and posted. Obviously, if anyone wants photos sooner, I can take some and email them.....

Car is still for sale, milage now 145k

Approx 8k miles till next (minor) service

Once again decided to sell my car.

Now 4600 miles away from minor oil service.

148k miles but runs perfectly.
