£950 Silver (MBB) 2005 Rover 75 Contemporary SE *SOLD*
For sale is my Silver (MBB) 2005 Rover 75 Contemporary SE. After 2+ years of owning her and many miles of comfort together I would like to see her go to a good home.
Main features are: 2.0 litre Turbo Diesel BMW M47 R Engine capable of 131Ps Automatic Jatco 5 speed Gearbox Electrically adjustable fully Leather seats Heated Front Seats Heated front Side mirrors Steering wheel Audio controls Dual Climate Digital A/C Rain Sensing wipers Dimming Rear View mirror Bulb failure sensors Rear Parking Assist (I have these disconnected as I find them a bit annoying) After market Cd player with a USB slot.(Still have the original though incase you prefer it to the after market set) 6 CD changer in the boot which works but is currently disconnected (I have the USB mp3 player) 17” Alloy wheels some kerb marks (from previous owner was to refurbish but didn't come round to it) 2 keys available Major Works: I have had the gearbox refurbished after she developed the common cracked reverse piston problem (First one I had seen on a facelift) Had the Selector cable changed as well in the process Jules fitted an uprated (Gold) resistor to the Primary fan and replaced the intercooler O- Rings last summer I have changed the PCV Cleaned the EGR valve Replaced the fuel filter, Air filter, cabin filter and regularly done an oil and filter change every 6000miles and only used fully synthetic oil. Recently changed both front lower arm suspension and bushes. Recently changed the front brake discs and pads Recently changed the anti-roll bar bushes All in all I have taken very good care of the car regardless of cost and I have receipts to verify all the above and the service items. Jobs not Done: It has a lazy Thermostat and haven't come round to doing the modification Only damage to the paint work is a scuff on the front passenger door (as seen on the photos)happened while the car was parked. I have wanted to replace the door with one from a donor car (cheaper than getting it professionally resprayed) but haven't come round to it. Asking price is £950 ono Car has done 171,000 miles Brighton and Hove, West Sussex PM me if interested. I can bring the car to you if you are not too far from me!
