I reluctantly putting up my MG MK1 ZT CDTI for sale, it’s been my workhorse for the last two years and it’s done me well as my commuter wagon up and down the motorways.
My brother has kindly offered me another diesel at a price I can’t refuse so it’s time for a change, so I’m taking the plunge….. still can’t quite believe it.
She’s (all cars are she’s aren’t they?) MG CDTI+,160 BHP, 189k well maintained Miles and MOT’d until September 2015. Front tyres (Barum 225x45x18) have a few thousand left in the whereas the rears (Nexen 225x45x18) are relatively new and brought new when I put them on. It also has Xenon lights, a Fuel Burning Heater with timer and remote although I’ve never used it, EGR bypass and full size spare wheel.

The good bits;

Recent
new clutch (Borg & Beck kit), slave and master (mrk 1 metal)
new discs and pads all round
New Rear springs
New Anti-roll bar bushes (front & rear) & front drop links
New Alternator
New differential seal (offside)
New Intercooler pipe (silicone- SFS)
In the last 12 months I’ve replaced;
Strut Top Mount Bearings (new)
Lower Control Arms (new)
Headlight washer motor (new)
Offside hub (Used from SeanCar)
New Brake lines (Cupro-nickel)

When I first brought the car I replaced the fan (engine) with a 3 speed with gold resistor and shortly after the under bonnet fuel pump, lower engine mount (OEM) and installed an inline thermostat.

The Bad bits!

TAX runs out the end of this month, but you can’t sell a car with it anymore anyway.
Small dent on the nearside sill (see pictures), which was on the car when I brought it.
Air-Con needs checking and a re-gas.
Driver’s seat warn in the usual places

Just wanted to say that I've been for a drive in this car and the photos just don't do it justice. I personally think Oldbean's mad for getting rid of her, especially given the time, care and effort he's put in, but I understand his reasons.
