Default Rover 75 android sat nav

Hi gents
This may be basic to an IT professional but what does "no network connection " mean when my sat nav was previously working.
Is it simply that the antenna has failed or something more complicated.

Which head unit is it we are talking about?
A little more information will help answer your question Sir

Cheers Sean,

In which case it sounds like the op is trying to open google maps and not primo!
Be worth checking the navigation settings to make sure primo and not google is set as the default navigation program.
Also remember the blue arrow icon launches google maps NOT Primo

Thanks gents
The unit is an android 150 S (photo should be attached) & I have been trying to launch google as the original primo icon has disappeared.
Will investigate settings.

Has your Navall1 got a card in the GPS slot?
If so follow this guide to reinstall it and you will be up and running with Primo again
