Default 2004/54 MG ZT-T 190 SE Low miles!

Sadly, I am having to sell my Royal Blue ZTT. New car to get me to work, and buying a house is expensive and I cannot afford two cars.

Really nice condition. Serviced every year with fully stamped up booklet. Brake fluid and coolant renewed every other year alternating. Service is due in December. Belts have done approx 12k miles. Sunroof drain mod, and gold fan resistor fitted. Passed last MOT without advisories; expires 29th July 2017. Recently had my mechanic look it over and said front tyres are 3mm left but starting to perish.

First owner until end of 2010 was a gent in Spalding, Lincolnshire. Pass through the trade to a dealer in Bognor Regis (was registered in his name for 2 months ?) who I purchased the car from with 23k on the clock. It now has less than 35k on the clock.

Has had new rear brake pipes, rear suspension springs, and exhaust back box within the last year/18 months.

Has all the SE spec of course. Electric mirrors, windows x4, sunroof, electric adj & heated front seats, dual zone climate, full leathers (in great condition), auto dimming mirror, cruise control, xenons, 18inch alloys (never been near a curb), you guys know the spec anyway... but it all works.

Unfortunately I have noticed a damp patch in corner of boot, dealer says it appears to be entering near hinges along roof. Have a new panel to fit around hinges once the leak definitely rectified.
The dealer may have left the reverse sensors unplugged as these don't make a sound - or an issue with a switch?
The Radio, and 6 CD changer work fine as does the trip computer. Never used the Sat Nav and its probably 12 years out of date. Tried it today and I can't get it to work very well - I am used to a touch screen now! If I were keeping the car I would fit a new up-to-date double-din head unit.

I have the V5 and its in my name. Both keys are present.

I have been as honest as I can. I hope to find a member who will have this as a small project that will provide them with probably one of the nicest and lowest mileage ZTT 190 SEs available.

I'm open to offers over £1000. Car is near Rye, East Sussex.
