Afternoon. Not so great here, cool and it keeps trying to rain. Seem to be having a bit of a reduced pain day but the crutch is always next to me because the pain can suddenly switch on for a reason I haven’t been able to fathom

Managed to go out today
 , first time in sixteen days since my failed stuntman audition. Nothing major, along to the local Co-op and back. Was by no means pain free but manageable. |
