I forgot to mention that the Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection helped with the cleaning off, since I've used it.

There are plenty of gulls in Colchester, but so far I haven't had any deposits left on my car. Not sure if that's due to luck, bad aiming, or maybe 'Essex birds' have more respect for the 75/ZT family of cars.
