Default Blue and Green Plugs

Just had the radio and climate control unit out to remove the redundant Nokia in car phone.
Below the CCU behind the switch panel are two plugs wrapped in sticky foam, obviously for connecting to two switches on the lower switch panel. As I only have one in the centre for the Cruise control.
Anyone know what these two plugs are pre-wired for.

Thank you, neither of which I have, possibly a future project to fit them.
