Sony Head Unit and Changer
Hi
Have the 'standard' radio cassette in place, of which is a little disappointing sound quality wise. There is a 6 disc changer in the boot too. I have a Sony high power head unit and 10 disc changer here. I presume I can buy a Sony to MGRover Din adaptor for the speakers and power, but does anyone know if the cd changer will need its own lead ran? |

First off I would look at the speakers.
The method of reproducing bass is NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD- to say the least in that to avoid NVH they move against some plastic in the door cards... Simply re-mounting the speakers using MDF in the doors makes a hell of a difference! |

Thanks
Does anyone know the Technical specifications of the basic CR 80 head unit? output etc. Mind you, those speakers and mountings do look pretty poor for such a decent car. Quote:
