May be a bit difficult getting an exact match.
My DVD headrests are not an exact match but are pretty close. Its probably only myself can see the difference. Ikorodu's roof mounted unit would be preferable to the centre armrest one, but IMHO the headrests are the best option.

Another relevant question is whether it works with 3 or 4 sets of headphones and whether it will work with wireless headphones.

Ok looks like i'll be going down the headrest route
CDTi yours look nice but you seemed to have some install issues that i would not be able to sort out with out help from a ICE installer. Last edited by Kandyman; 6th May 2008 at 23:02.. |

A good kit from a good supplier should be quite easy to fit. Best of luck with it, Andy.

Andy the roof mounts come with a plate that goes above the roof and everything sandwiches together. i had one in my 400 tourer with infra red head phones and it worked really well. I had headrest screens in my mini cooper but found that everybody soon realised they were there and i became worried about security. some after market headrest screens use headrests with hollow posts to hide the wires - not good in an emergency! I have some pictures on the forum somewhere when i put the unit up for sale
