I found the Iovox CR80 head unit that came with yp53 delivered much better sound quality than the symphony unit in my previous 75. The symphony was a bit soft and woolly (technical hifi speak...not). The Iovox was more powerful with better bass and treble extension.

That said, the JVC AVX2 head unit now fitted knocks spots of both of them, as would any decent aftermarket head unit. Not quite as good as my KW250S/ELS63 setup at home mind you....

The Symphony of course just looks nicely integrated into the dash....

Symphony with SLE fitted sounds great , deep tones both on bass and treble, Ive got my bass set on 2 !!! normally this would be up at 8 or max 9 to get any response.
