Default Broke my 75 whilst doing filter changes

Hi guys and gals,

I have managed to break my 75 today by being a little too impatient and agressive removing the crank case breather housing.

Managed to snap off one of the plastic bits on the fuel return lines between the injectors which was very annoying to say the least. I am getting a new part on Monday and it looks a quick and easy job but frustrating nonetheless.

Apart from that I did the EGR bypass mod, the intake mod 1.5 (belows cut underneath), full fuel, oil, air and pollen filter and oil change as well as replacing the pierburgh MAF.

Pete

Why did you have to replace the Pierburg MAF Pete ?

Hi Pete,

Sorry to hear about your trouble, and hoping it gets solved very fast.

On the other hand, will you be coming over to Beaulieu this time?

I have had to replace the MAf as it was faulty/too out of spec for the MAFAM to be able to do anything about the signal.

Pete

PS Got it sorted today. £25 from a BMW dealership!!!!

Unfortunately I do not think we will be going to Beaulieu this time. I am a bit strapped for cash as we are going to Crete at the end of May.

It is a shame as it would be the first official event that I will have missed
