Default arch lining and brake air duct replacement

hi just received my front passenger side wheel arch lining and brake air duct and im hoping to fit today or tomorrow. i would like a few questions answering please

1 does the wheel need to come off?

2 how do i release the 2 pence sized round thing with a wire in from the liner?

3 does the brake duct go on the liner or the liner go on the brake duct

4 does bumper need to be removed ?

5 anything else i need to be aware of (removing clips or any other non obvious items )

thanks all in advance
