Hi Duncan.
If you are going to put a poly bush in your one keep the centre insert for when you do

What difference does keeping the insert do? I have nowhere to work on car so I got my biker mate Stuart Easton to do it at his dads garage. I doubt he used the old insert if there was one in the powerbush packet.

Hi Alan.
In my opinion and it is only my opinion it helps with the vibration you can still get with these power flex units sometimes, but a lot also as to do with the ageing other bushes ie lower wishbone, Hydro mount, gearbox mount bush etc I started a big thread on these sometime ago link below.
