There is a Michael Jackson CD belonging to Goldyy in there. Cannot here any whirring sound but then my hearing is not what it was...

Have to say, this is what I ended up doing
My CD changer played up, doing this about 3 times, so I just gave up, and fitted an aftermarket stereo.
Sounds better, and no CD changer to play up....

I spent hours researching on this forum and others and hours messing with the changer in my glovebox and eventually bought one of those plug and play converters that allow you to replace the player with an ipod. Wires plug into the back of the radio...problem solved.
