I see there's a contact number on the website, worth a call maybe.
I'm guessing 12 cars on a 50' x 50' ?

Looks like we have started a list !!

See how we go but will end up wanting the £10 fee per all cars in the list..
But this does cover the occupants too!!
So a full car is only a couple quids per head each ..
Well I think thats how I read it

This won't be an offical club meet probably, although we might want to use
Club banners , so how does that pan out ?? never done this before.

Just got the reply from the orginisers .. at last ..

For info...

Quote..

Apologies for the delay..
We would be delighted to welcome your club.

Please find attached our stand booking form for the 2016 event.

You should complete the entry from section indicating the approximate number of cars you expect on your stand and return to me as instructed, no payment is necessary at this stage .

We will reserve space accordingly.

As stand organiser you collect the entry fee of £10 for each members car booked for the event, this fee includes all occupants, and then at least 6-8 weeks before the show send me the final numbers and payment to cover all cars to be shown on your stand.

If numbers are likely to be significantly different from your original estimate please keep me informed as early as possible because space is always at a premium.

At least 10 days prior to the show we will send you all of the passes, instructions etc for distribution by you to each of your entrants.

End Quote.

Chris

Talking

Sounds good to me Chris not that often we get a delighted welcome !!.
I belive it's a very high profile show that's well supported with a classic auction so it would be nice if we could put on a good show with a few V8s etc etc
Thanks for getting it started.

Come on folks, get your names down,3 V8s already and it will be nice if we can get some early cars in both 75 and ZT form. This is a great opportunity to show our cars at an event that is highly respected among classic car owners.
Getting invites to shows such as this can only help in our battle to get a club stand back at the NEC classic show ..
