I've just bought an MGTF steering wheel for my F, complete with airbag, off eBay and that came with Hermes. Perhaps their rules differ from RM?

No Paul, all rules for explosives are the same mate. Driver needs an ADR licence with the explosive category to carry airbags legally, of course if he doesn't know what's in the parcel it's not his fault is it
