Default Minor Miracle

For 2 of the almost 3 years I've owned my 75 the driver door central locking has not worked. I have an actuator to fit but it has been easy enough to just use the key. Yesterday the key would not turn so I was a bit miffed at the possibility of having to climb over seats via another door.
After gently prising the lock to the right with the key it popped up and I was in.
Got to work and during my lunch put some WD40 into the lock.Well, well would you believe it my driver door now works perfectly every time on the fob as it should.
Is that luck or what?

WD40 may free it but you need some lube in there to keep it free.

Coke is even better.
I wanted to swop the manifold on my MGF when I undone the nuts the whole stud came out on 4 out of 5 with the nuts stuck solid on the studs.

I soaked them over night in Coke and they came off sweet as a nut(excuse the pun)
