Hi,
if there is no DAB App installed, is it possible to use the app which comes with the Navall3? Muck

Does the OBD adapter work with an android phone? If it does its bluetooth code will be set to "1234". The default on the Star is "0000".
Open the bluetooth app on the radio, change the default code from "0000" to "1234". Click on the bluetooth adapter when it finds it. It should then connect without issue. Mine now works with the torque app. Quote:

I'll give it a go with that adapter, however it is not the adapter I want to use as it is too big for use while driving, unlike the Viecar. Sent from my LG-H850 using Tapatalk

Button lights are working, the screen shows a faint glimmer of very dim light. Tried an ignition off reset; no joy, tried disconnecting the battery for ten minutes for a cold reset; no good! Given that the buttons are illuminated I imagine there is power to the head unit? It was a long quiet drive! Any ideas? |

I've checked the 15A fuses in the Pax compartment box F22 and the fuse at the back of the head unit; no good! Ideas? |

If that doesn't get it back into life it does unfortunately sound like it may have a fault . Please let Sean know (if you haven't already) so he can advise further.
