Glad it was not me 'having a word' with him. He would have also had a charge of aiding and abetting a minor comit an offence. I am sure if he had been more restrained in his attitude, nothing would have happened. No doubt he is the same person who parks on double yellow lines and the bawls his head off when he gets a ticket. Numpty comes to mind.

Laws are laws. And small laws get small fines but are still a resource.
So yes the police officer had better things to do, however she still had to do her job regardless. I'd b curious to see what had happened before he had begun filming. I'm sure attitude test failure lead to his fine.
