Well today had beautiful weather after work and took it upon myself to start some minor jobs.

Had this kicking around for a long time, brand new and unused and sure enough it fitted the v6 and the 1.8 also.

And again my diy mod on the air box. Always liked it on my v6's and as the k and n panel was fitted I thought why not. Sadly my dremell is broken so got crazy with the heated hot knife and filed it down.

Then I've started on the engine cleaning and tidying it. Things you do when your bored lol.

Before.....

After

Yes I've been polishing my air con pipes. Very sad I know.

But it needed to match this upgrade.....

My full chrome grill. My old one I had 5 years ago, not perfect but spent time with brasso and brought it back a good bit.

Can't beat elbow grease and free Imo!

The air con pipes and grill look really good.

The top mount strut bolts can polish up as well. I only found out how well they can be polished after talking to Teflon at the National Meet at Cadbury World.

Here is the before and after photos of the bolts on my ZTT.

Well just casually did an interior swap today in the sunshine. 4th car this interior has been in now from my 2nd lqw mg zt I owned.

Cars getting how I want it. All MG perforated leather now but I will change the airbag to a rover one dyed at a later date.

Interior leds matching the interior lights made me happy also.
